WIPP has no Permit????

Rocky Flats NEVER received the required Mixed Waste Permit......and continually failed in managing the waste. I have just learned that the waste onsite at Rocky Flats will not be required to be treated before being shipped to WIPP. An exemption has been established from USEPA!!!!!!!! Normally mixed waste is banned from landfills...............not this waste though. DOE determined that the was would be permanently situated and would never move past the boundary of WIPP...
